Skepticism are one of the originators of of what is now known as Funeral Doom, and since their inception in 1991 have followed a singular path, bringing forth the very epitome of the genre. Unrivalled by any imitators, and with a sound and aesthetic uniquely their own, they promise to bring despair and a contemplative atmosphere of sorrow and tragedy to the stage. Since their inception 20 years ago, AHAB have risen to the top of the world of extreme doom, peddling their own unique brand of ‘Nautik Funeral Doom’. Inspired by literary works ranging from Herman Melville to Jules Verne, their music is alternately crushingly heavy and filled with moments ranging from progressive to post-rock. Known for their powerful live performances, they are sure to have you gasping for air as you descend into the depths of their performance.

Esoteric complete this stellar lineup with their brand of psychedelic, torturous, extreme doom/death metal that has seen them become one of the bedrocks of the style. Layers of effects, interwoven guitars, maniacal vocals, and complex song arrangements make for an intense and psychedelic live experience. With over thirty years of experience under their belts, it’s guaranteed  to be another mind warping performance from one of Birminghams extreme metal titans.
